Organise your application documents.

Turn each university’s official document instructions into preparation tasks, deadlines and a secure evidence record.

Different programmes and applicant categories can need different documents, translations or certifications. Use this worksheet to organise the work, then confirm the final list with the university and responsible authority.

Create separate records for university admission, entrance tests, qualification recognition and visa or residence steps. Identity documents, qualifications, results, language evidence and institution forms are possible research categories, not a universal required list.

Check before submission

  • Confirm spelling, dates and identity details across documents.
  • Follow file format, size, translation and certification instructions exactly.
  • Review declarations personally and retain a copy of the submitted application.
  • Confirm receipt through the institution’s official application channel.

Keep sensitive files out of the initial enquiry

Before sharing passports, financial records or other sensitive documents, confirm who needs them, why, the approved secure channel and how they will be handled. This website has no document-upload feature. Do not send full private records through the initial consultation request.
